A Bit About Me…
I’m Cassie Gibson, wife to Scott, proud mama to 3 amazing boys, and teacher of hundreds of precious elementary students over the last eleven years. I have a degree in Elementary Education and my experience includes teaching in a public charter school, tutoring students one-on-one and in small group settings across subject areas, homeschooling my middle son, mentoring teachers and parents, and many more valuable experiences and endeavors. I have worked with students with all types of learning differences, and have completed more than 90 hours of training in working with gifted and twice-exceptional learners. In my many years of working with children, I have developed a strong ability to identify and meet the needs of each of my students. I found myself feeling right at home when I discovered the philosophy and principles of Charlotte Mason - an educational model that meets the individual child right where he is and nurtures him as a complete person. I love Jesus and I consider this school to be a ministry and opportunity to share His love with others. Raising children up to their fullest potential is my lifelong passion.
